She was predeceased by: her husband Duane Wise; her parents, Ernest Holland and Lela Fudge (Moyer); and her sisters, Rosmond, Kay and Joyce.
She is survived by: her family Betty; her son Rick Wise (Bernadette); her grandson Eric Wise (Amber); her great grandchild Jeffery Wise; and her brother-in-law Paul Chenoweth. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
