He is survived by: his wife Della Kay Cook; his children, Jim Cook (Doreen), Chris Hines (Riley), Jenny Winkle, Kathy Cook (Matt), Melissa Bates and Pamela Hernandez (Joseph); his grandchildren, Christopher of Duane, TJ, Alicia, Shaun, Kayle and Dinah; his sisters, Winnie, Phyllis, Joetta and Susan; and his pets, Emma, Lil Bit and Mindy.
