He is survived by : his wife Valerie Looker; his children, Westley R. Looker Sr. (Cassie), William Jeffery Looker (Tammy), Michelle L. Jenkins (William L. Smith) and Victor Johnson (Cindy McCarty, Rochester); his grandchildren, Westley R. Looker, Jr., Lucas Sims, North Manchester, Bobbie Jo Looker, D. J. "Dorrie" Looker, Matthew Looker, Landyn Looker, Ali Looker, Jeff Rockey, John Rockey, KayLa Weaver (William), Joshua Foust, Mistie Leach (Russell), Ashley Rollins (Danny), Lake Cicott, Alicia Kay Johnson, Holley Eve Johnson, Jessica R. Johnson, Holly Reemer, Rickie Reemer (Aaron Cooper) and Hunter Crispen; and his siblings, David Looker Sr. and Ruth Ann (Al Burch, Logansport). He is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren.
