She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Gainer and Edith Gainer (Smith); her son Bradly Brown; her grandchildren, Tara Hildebrand and Bo Brown; and her siblings, Helen Forker, David Gainer, Stanley Gainer, Judy Clark and Rudy Gainer.
She is survived by: her spouse Jerry R. Smith; her children, Kelly Stephenson (Chuck) of Logansport, IN and Troy Smith (Marcia) of Kewanna, IN; and her grandchildren, Eric Brown (Ashley) of Walton, IN, Blake Brown (Megan) of Logansport, IN, Cullen Smith of Bourbon, IN, Corbin Smith of Kewanna, IN, Shae Lantz (Jonathan) of Logansport, IN and Cydnie Smith of Kewanna, IN. She is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
