He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Hubenthal and Osa Hubenthal (Minter); and his brother Robert Hubenthal. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, James R. Hubenthal (Carolyn) of Kokomo, Charles D. Hubenthal (Yoshiko) of Japan and Mary B. Stang (Marvin "Gene") of Kokomo; and his sister Vera Pickens of Lucerne. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kokomo Rescue Mission or Samaritan's Purse.
