He is survived by: his wife Debra Fale of Lucerne; his children, Brandon Fale (Shannan) of Logansport, Shawn Ferry (Kristin) of Massachusetts and Tonya Slaybaugh (Jay) of Logansport; his grandchildren, Brittany Rechkemmer of Monticello, Christopher Pierce (Ali) of Ft. Wayne, Donivan Fale of Logansport, James Fale of Logansport, Izaac Fale of Logansport, Quinn Ferry of Massachusetts and Brogan Ferry of Massachusetts; and his great grandchildren, Addy Crabtree of Ft. Wayne and Mila Pierce of Ft. Wayne.
