He was predeceased by: his grandson JT. He is survived by: his wife Leah; his children, Daniel (Carrie), Robert (Irene), Steven and Kristin; his grandchildren, Megan (Joshua), Amanda, Jacob, Katelyn, Patrick, Maxwell, Emma, Mallory, Hope and Leah; and his great grandchildren, Sloan and Jonah.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
