She was predeceased by: her husband John "David" Mitchell; and her parents, Michael Zamber and Rose Zamber. She is survived by: her children, Jason Mitchell and Annmarie Mitchell-Fath (Rick); her grandchildren, Delaney Mitchell, Addison Mitchell and Richard E. Fath, III; and her siblings, Mary Alice Wright (Harold), Patricia Wisniewski (Allen) and Frank Zamber (Sandy). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Shirley's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
