He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Kooy and Katie Kooy. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Kooy (Nellie), Clarence Jr Kooy (Helen) and Ruth Schuler (Steve); his children, Karen Clark (Jeff), Susan Heppe (Jeff), Steven Kooy (Kim) and Eric Kooy (Rayna); his grandchildren, Aaron Clark, Justin Heppe, Christine Lichty (Heppe), Lauren Roetzel (Kooy), Jonathan Kooy, Bethany Kooy, Amy-Jo Kooy, Eric Kooy Jr and Alexandra Anderson (Kooy); and his wife Kathy. He is also survived by seven great grand children.
