She was predeceased by: her parents, James Adams and Mary Adams (Graybill); and her husbands, William Kooistra Jr. and Ed Howe. She is survived by: her friend Fran Redman; her children, James Kooistra (Jayne) of Gentry, AK, Barbara Murray (Dick) of Huntington, IN, William Kooistra III of Holland, MI and Betty Nichols (Darold) of Lowell, IN; her nephew George Kooistra (Carol) of Brazil, IN; and also Dolores Moore. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
