It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mabel Phebus of Lowell, Indiana, born in Grant Park, Illinois, who passed away on June 30, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Cirks (Janssen) and Meine Cirks; her husband G. Emerson Phebus; her son-in-law William Weybright; and her siblings, Margaret Frahm and Arthur Cirks.
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Tara, Tia Harris (Norris), Taylor, Bruce, Bryce, Brendan Baudoin, John, Alan, Tori Wall, Isaiah, Olivia Cooper, Keighan Jack and Sara Weybright; her great great grandchildren, Diamond and Norris Harris; her sisters, Mildred Katz of Grant Park and Minnie Pfingsten of Hudson, IL; and her sister-in-law Mary Cirks of Manteno, IL.
