He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Julia; his brother Sheldon; and his father-in-law Earnest Rollins. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo; his siblings, Ellen Bowers and Marvin Miller (Darlene); and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Rodriguez, Denise Hoover (David) and David Lauridsen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
