She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John and Ella Smith. She is survived by: her parents, Jay Smith and Jackie Smith of Lowell; her brothers, Kevin and Stephen; and her grandparents, Joan Juarez and Dale Smith. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to Trinity Lutheran Church Food Pantry or the Ronald McDonald House.
