Katherine M. Rutan Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katherine M. Rutan (Lowell, Indiana), born in Columbus, Indiana, who passed away on July 13, 2019 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Purtlebaugh and Eliza Elizabeth Partlow Purtlebaugh; and her brother Donald Purtlebaugh. She is survived by: her husband Ralph W. Rutan; her children, Timothy W. Rutan (Donna) of Edinburgh, Christopher W. Rutan of Columbus and Rallena Jean Imlay of Columbus; and her brothers, Arthur Purtlebaugh of Taylorsville and Ronald Purtlebaugh of Columbus. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
