He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Tuttle and Florence Tuttle; and his siblings, Jay Spencer Tuttle and Jane Ellen Tuttle. He is survived by: his wife Mardie; his children, Effie Anne Tuttle (Jeff Barber) of Bainbridge Island, WA, Jay Eli Tuttle of San Francisco, CA and Benjamin Hardy Tuttle of Boston, MA; and his sisters, Rhoda Hooper of Detroit Lakes, MN, Alice Radi, Laura Drummond (Dennis) of Frazee, MN and Mary Tappe (Charles) of Frazee, MN.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in Jerry's honor to the M.S. Society, 3500 DePaw Blvd., #1040, Indianapolis, IN 46268.
