He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his daughter Amy Cassata (Tim) of Lowell; his grandchildren, Camille, Emmalyn, Delaney and Savannah Bohlen (Jay) of Crown Point; and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Alanna and Ashley.
