He is survived by: his wife Vicky Nichols (Thorne); his children, Bill Nichols (Jennet) of Lowell, IN, Jamie Verhey (Brad) of Frankfort, IN and Ben Nichols (Whitney) of Lowell, IN; and his grandsons, Andy and Matt Verhey.
