He is survived by: his wife Lynn Matykiewicz (Hoeppner); his children, Tim Matykiewicz (Amy) of Orland Park, IL, Dave Koehler (Jenny) of Hebron, IN and Jennifer Wilson (Craig) of Lowell, IN; his siblings, Norm Matykiewicz (Janet) of Tempe, AZ, Chris Stanislawski (Chester) of Phoenix, AZ and Tom Matykiewicz (Jenny) of Hickory Hills, IL; and his brother-in-law Walt Hoeppner (Anne) of Libertyville, IL. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
