He was predeceased by: his son Brian Cotter; and his parents, Tom Cotter and Dorothy Cotter. He is survived by: his daughter Kerie Stevens (Tom Pomper) of Bradenton, FL; his sisters, Judy Ayres of Indianapolis, IN and Kathy Baumgardner (Bob) of Hodgensville, KY; and his grandchildren, Ashley Stevens, Carly Stevens, Matthew Stevens, Blake Stevens, Kassidy Cotter and Zak Cotter. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins and longtime friends.
