He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Alene; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann; his children, Tammy Outler (James) and Timothy (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Trevor Outler (Samantha), Lydia Outler, Emily, Olivia, Alexa and Grace Henke; and his brother Jeff (Karen). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nepehws and cousins.
