He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer and Emma; and his siblings, Ed "Pudge", Bob Mezydlo and Janette Mezydlo.
He is survived by: his wife Claire; his daughters, Terri Kapp (Jeffrey), Trudy Stack (Joe), Tammy Bilgri (Mike) and Tina Byrd (John); his grandchildren, James, Katie, Josh Bilgri, Karli Byrd and Henry Byrd; his sibling Marge Phillips; and his son Trucking. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the American Heart, Cancer, or Stroke Associations.
