She was predeceased by: her husband Anton B. Jacobsen; and her son Ray (Billie). She is survived by: her sons, Dennis (Melanie) of Scottsdale, AZ, Glenn (Cheryl) of Cedar Lake, IN and Richard (Michelle) of Phoenix, AZ. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
