He was predeceased by: his parents, Lander and Virjean. He is survived by: his wife Valerie; and his daughters, Amanda, Rebecca and Erika. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the ALS Association at alsa.org.
