He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert and Helen. He is survived by: his wife Ronda; his children, Nicholas of Noblesville, Anthony (Lauren) of Portage and Desiree (Scott) of Portage; his grandchildren, Scarlett, Oscar and Luke; and his brother Danny of Ft. Wayne.
