He was predeceased by: his siblings, Violet Ebert and Harold. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his sons, Randy of Lowell and Tom of Lowell; his grandchildren, Cory Wietbrock (Jennifer), Jason Wietbrock and McKensey Downey (Kevin); and his great grandchildren, Kellen Downey and Avery Downey.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to his church or Tri Creek Ambulance, 1331 E. Commercial Ave, Lowell.
