She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Bartholomew Sr. and Constance Jeannette Woodward; and her siblings, Jimmy Thomas Bartholomew Jr., Jeffrey Bartholomew, Patricia Bartholomew-Bays, William "Billy" Bartholomew and Cynthia "Cindy" Bartholomew-Bradfield.
She is survived by: her sons, Christopher Thomas Fallowfield and Timothy Allen Fallowfield; her siblings, Dianna Irvin, Michael Bartholomew, John Bartholomew and Stephen Bartholomew; her grandchildren, Kylie Griffis, Thomas Fallowfield, Kaitlin Gebby and Alex Fallowfield; and her great grandchildren, Hadley Reading, Owen Reading, Everett Griffis and Isaac Gebby. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
