Starks of Lowell, Indiana, born in Mendota, Illinois, who passed away on February 2, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. Starks and Marjorie Schmidt Starks. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Linda Franz; his stepchildren, Krystal Hiser (Zachary) of Bourbonnais, IL and Kristopher Krauklis (Jennifer) of Crown Point, IN.; his mother-in-law Imon Franz of Munster, IN.; and his grandchildren, Noah, Abel Krauklis, Fiona, Tessa and Callen Hiser.
