She is survived by: her children, Denise Kurtz of Lowell, Richard Kurzeja of Lowell and Deanna O'Keefe (Michael) of Lowell; her grandchildren, Brynn (Justin), Kyle (Alex), Justin and Brandon; her great grandchildren, Jordan, Jackson and Tyler; and her siblings, Steve Michalak (Mary), Roberta Smith, Mary Damianick (David) and Dennis Michalak.
The family requests no flowers be sent, in lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the Youth Scholarship Fund of IBHA.
