She was predeceased by: her son Micheal Kozora; her brother Lawrence Lencki; her parents, Jennie Kmak and Henry Lencki; her grandparents, Busia and Jaja; her nephew Paul Farrar; and her close friend Grace Gottschalk.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew Kozora, Michael and Heather; her son-in-law Joe; her son Craig; her daughter-in-law Rose; her nieces and nephews, Melissa, Randy, Kimberly, Russell, Elizabeth, Andrew and Amanda; her uncle Busia; and her brother Larry. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews also great, great nieces and nephews.
