He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Arthur and Eva Lucile Wade (Lasley); and his sister Laverne Ash. He is survived by: his daughter Karen; his son-in-law John Negangard of Brookville, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Shane, Eric, Kevin Negangard, Kellie Mancilla and Mandie Shaver. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
