She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Lambert; her daughter Patricia Slayton; and her siblings, Joyce, Gilbert and Robert.
She is survived by: her children, David Slayton (Shauna) and Edward Slayton (Kelly); her stepchildren, Daniel Lambert, Wendy Lambert, Josh Lambert and Matt Lambert; her grandchildren, Justin, Ashlie, Jacob, Austin, Logan, Kylie, Elizabeth, Rebekah, Arianna, Marissa, Ashley, Adam, Nathan, Hayden and Madison; and her siblings, June Williams, Norma Borders, Lillian Popyk and Phyllis Hedges.
