She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Garrett and Carol Garrett; and her siblings, Arthur Garrett and Kimberly Alcantar. She is survived by: her children, Thomas (Samantha) and Shirley Meidema; her grandchildren, Zachary, Kayla and Rylee Miedema; and her siblings, Amy Garrett, Marilyn Thompson and William Garrett. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
