He is survived by: his wife Terry; his children, Kristina Earle, Jennifer Wunder (Matt), Greg Bultema (Jen), Lawrence Michael Bultema and Dawn Boldman (Bill); his grandchildren, Vaughn and Victory Boldman; his siblings, Neil Earle (Janie), Wayne Earle and Linda Coy (Don); his parents-in-law, Donald and Shirley Byrns; and his parents, William Stanley and Audrey Earle.
