She was predeceased by: her husband R. E. "Bud" Hoffman; and her siblings, Archie Huebsch, Bernard Huebsch, Madeline Tully, Wayne "Buzz" Huebsch and Ruby Swett.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Hoffman-Genger, Judith Castner and Rebecca Jo Pletka (Ed); her grandchildren, Shane Trueblood (Katie), Aaron Trueblood (Carrie) and Kristin Rybak (Matt); her great grandchildren, A. J., Jake, Aden and Jackson; her significant other Lyle Prendergast; her children, Kerry Maguire (Rick), Kathleen Lancaster (Dale) and Rebecca Steinhardt (Michael); and her sister-in-law Virginia Huebsch. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
