He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Metsker (Lindsey); his daughter Melanie Oakerson; his grandson Devin Metsker; his great grandchild Jayden Metsker; his sister-in-law Janice Metsker; his niece Patty Mosier; his nephew Larry Metsker; his great-nieces, Lynette and Jordyn; his great-nephew Patrick (Mechelle); and his close friend Jim Williams.
