He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford A. Green and Myrtle C. Green (Southerland). He is survived by: his wife Pamela Green (Brooks); his children, Laura Means (Brian), Shelley, Daniel Green (Kristi), Jeff Green and Lisa Brown (Rich); his grandchildren, Calvin Phillips, Wyatt Means, Cassandra Duffy, Gabriele, Grace Green, Daniel Green, Ryley, Owen and Emersyn Brown; and his brother Keith Green. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
