He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William and Leota Irene Austerman Baumer; his wife Patricia "Patti" Brooks Baumer; and his siblings, Sheila Ritter and Bill Baumer.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Kinnett (Shane), Pat Baumer, Brent Baumer (Ann), Beth Wilson (Terry) and Chris Baumer; and his siblings, Shirley Baumer and Ron Baumer. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
