He was predeceased by: his mothers, Essie Franks and Ethel Franks (Deaton); and his grandson David Franks. He is survived by: his wife Billie Franks (Sizemore); and his children, Kenneth Franks (Melissa) and Angela Hicks (Keith). He is also survived by three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
