Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Connie leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her father Vernon H. Frogge. She is survived by: her mother Billie Claudine Frogge; her husband Ronald P. Massie; her children, Cheri Singh (Harry) and John V. Atkinson; her stepchildren, Christi Ogletree (Rex), Andrea Massie and Ronald P. Massie; her sisters, Carol Foote (Norman) and Kathleen Frogge; and her stepsister Connie Taylor (Rich). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Parson Mortuary (801 W Adams St, Muncie, IN 47305). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
