Juliet, Tennessee, Coleman E. Smith Jr. (Reba) of Portland and Jeff Smith (Denise) of Middletown, Ohio; his nephew Eric Brown (Krescentia); and his close friends, Brian Steed, Tony Franklin, Brian Whalen, Don Cope, Curt Johnson, Mitch Connor and Jeff Price. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and many friends.
