He was predeceased by: his parents, George Marvin Wilson and Jean Louise Riney (Armstrong); his stepfather John Riney; his granddaughter Kay Lee Waldroop; and his brother John George Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Dianna Wilson (Fleck) of Loogootee; his children, Charles William Wilson of Belleville, Michigan and Holly Kay Waldroop (John) of Belleville, Michigan; his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Kurtis, Elijah Wilson, Madison, Kimberly, Georgia, Amelia Waldroop, Jessica Wilson and John Alvin Wilson; and his sisters, Ila Schierenberg (Jim) and Jackie Mills.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Martin County Historical Society or the St. Martin Men's Club.
