He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Singer and Rosalee Singer (Thacker); and his brothers-in-law, Merv Egloff and Gary Blaize. He is survived by: his wife Lois Singer of Loogootee; his children, Keith Singer of Bicknell, Kody Singer of Evansville, Lisa Gantt (Alphonso) of Annapolis and Randy Johnson of Mitchell; and his siblings, Gordon Singer (Georgeann), Rick Singer (Julie), Gary Singer (Rita), Don Singer, Charlene Egloff, Peggy Blaize and Phyllis Roberts. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Dementia Society of America.
