It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammy Jo Hembree of Loogootee, Indiana, born in Washington, Indiana, who passed away on November 6, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Edna May Hembree (Lents); her grandparents, James, Pauline Lents, Willis and Mary Hembree; and her sister Nancy Ann Hembree.
She is survived by: her father Donald E. Hembree; her sisters, Donna Sturgeon and Christine Hembree; her nieces, Amanda Lewis (Jeremy) and Kayla Tedrow (Daniel); her nephew Dylan Sturgeon (Bethany Welker); and her pet Oreo. She is also survived by aunt to her nephew and two nieces.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations for the family may be made to Blake Funeral Home.
