He was predeceased by: his sister Viola Swartzentruber; and his grandfather Henry Swartzentruber. He is survived by: his parents, Doug Swartzentruber of Loogootee and Sandra Collins (Gingerich) of Bedford; his daughter Lindsey Swartzentruber; his sister Rachel Wagner (Logan) of Bedford; his grandmother Mary Lou Swartzentruber of Loogootee; and his stepbrothers, Ryan and Tyler Collins of Bedford. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
