We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2023, at the age of 71, Richard Dean Hellums of Loogootee, Indiana, born in Washington, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Matthew Hellums; his father Carl Vernon Hellums; and his brother-in-law James Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Pauline Elizabeth Hellums (Blair) of Loogootee; his daughters, Heather Francis (Anthony) of Knightsville and Brandy Hellums of Terre Haute, Indiana; his sister Deborah Lewis of Terre Haute, Indiana; his grandchildren, Trevor Sellers, Tyler Rohman, Nicholas Clark, Deion Russell and Donte Francis; his great grandchildren, Michael, CeCe, Brenna and Baker; his niece Rebecca Lewis; and his nephew Anthony Lewis.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Martin County Humane Society.
