It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine V. Clark of Loogootee, Indiana, born in Bicknell, Indiana, who passed away on November 12, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Crouse and Martha Gladys Crouse (Street); her husband William E. Clark; her siblings, Walter Crouse Jr. (Dorothy), Eleanor Leighty (Carl), Doris Buzan (Tom), Harold Crouse (Angie), Ralph Crouse (Gladys), Ronald Crouse (Anne) and Carolyn Gutgsell (Allen); and her siblings-in-law, Betty Crouse, Mary Sue Crouse and Harold Gerken.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Kaye Jones (Lee) of Loogootee, William Lee Clark of Vincennes and Beverly Sue Lemon (Roger) of Washington; her grandsons, Mick Clark of Loogootee, Scott Lemon of Washington and Matthew Lemon of Washington; and her siblings, Paul W. Crouse of Ohio, Gerald Crouse (Sue) of Florida, Marilyn Gerken of Ohio and Richard Crouse of Loogootee. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
