She was predeceased by: her parents, Mahlon Graber and Mattie Graber (Yutzy); her husband Ernest Bateman; her brothers, Ervin Graber (Betty), Ezra Graber (Wilma) and Mahlon Graber Jr; her stepdaughter Janet Combess (Bill); and her stepdaughter-in-law Wilma Bateman.
She is survived by: her siblings, Marvin Graber (Carolyn) of Loogootee, Amanda Davis of Goshen, Delmar Graber (Vera) of Cannelburg, Delilah Fern Sult (Tim) of Loogootee, Magdalena Stemen (Kenneth) of Loogootee, Dorothy Gilbert (Jim) of Loogootee and Joan Yoder (Curt) of New Paris; and her stepchildren, James Bateman of Loogootee, Anna Bauer of St. Louis and Mike Bateman (Kim) of Loogootee. She is also survived by 27 nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
