She was predeceased by: her parents, George Pemberton and Jennie Pemberton (Casada); her husband Larry Gene Ayers; and her siblings, Wilma, Gene Pemberton, Francis "Sissy" Wilkerson and Richard "Dicky" Pemberton.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Sergent (Jay) of Plainville and Richard "Rick" Ayers of Loogootee; her grandchildren, Zack Verseman (Amanda), Richard Lawrence Scott Ayers, Derrick Ayers, Ashlynn Ayers, Annabelle Sergent, Kameron Ayers and Jaxson Sergent; and her great grandchildren, Tristan Verseman, Hayley Verseman, Reagan Bancroft and Mason Bancroft. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
