She was predeceased by: her parents, Emile Brown and Ina Brown (Jones); her spouse Thomas Godsey; her daughter Brenda Luttrell; her grandson Joshua Ferguson; and her siblings, Violet Brown, Murle Lawrence and Roscoe Brown.
She is survived by: her daughters, Darlene Fields (Tim) of Bedford, Jana Ferguson (David) of Loogootee and Tonda Fletcher (Mike) of Mitchell; her grandchildren, Kara Wilson, Holly Kopsho, Ryan Fields, Amber Sanders, Amanda Ferguson, Kyle Luttrell, Kristen Luttrell and Thomas Fletcher; her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Carina Wilson, Nickolas, Nathan, Brayden Kopshaw, Riley, Landon Fields, Kyler, Emma, Emmitt, Willow Fletcher, Shane, Linni and Renae Sanders; and her sisters, Jenny Goldsberry (James) of Corbin, KY, Frances Mercer (Jabbo) of Monticello, KY, Linda Morrow (Lisle) of Elletsville, Patsy Jett of Richmond, KY and Nancy Ferguson (Rick) of Elnora. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
