She was predeceased by: her mother Theresa Mattingly (Wagoner). She is survived by: her father Vincent Toy (Connie); her husband Randy Bateman of Loogootee, IN; her children, Tim Baumert (Julie) of Ellettsville, IN and Andrea Tomey (Jim) of Washington, IN; her grandchildren, Lydia, Devin, Brody and Cole; and her siblings, Diane McAlpin (Brian) of Tennessee and Gene Toy of Evansville, IN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Donna.
